Yo ev'rybody. Yeah yeah, I know...severe lack of updating. As I've said in my journal XD..I'm still attempting to work on something related to ParaShi that will hopefully get done..but anyways, here's a little something I messed around with yesterday/today.

This is Marten..or least, we call him Marten. Bah, nobody goes by their real names in Paradigm Shift! He's Marten, 'cuz a certain somebody else is Sable. lolololololol.

Anyways, he's leader of the Black Ops Battalion in ParaShi. He comes from the same clan that Aurora is from. His honest facial expression tends to be misleading :) ...that being said he's near unbeatable in Poker and other games requiring bluffing....he's also awesome at improv.

Oh right, he specializes in butterfly swords....which happen to be among my favourite weapons, the other being bladed tonfas..or..tonfa swords..or..whatever we like to call those. :D

Ignore the random text in the top left (Edit: Which is no longer there)..and the fact that his shoes aren't actually shoes...and are just..random smudges on the page made to fool you into thinking they're shoes.

Geez, I talk a lot.

Edit: Messed around with colours. Have no idea if they look better or worse. I epic fail with colours. Sigh.

I really like the color of his eyes :D

Although, I think his hair kinda clashes with his eyes and takes down the intensity of them :<

HAHA. Thanks for your honest opinion :) (I like 'em) I'm also amused you picked up on this, as I was trying to get something less intense than red (first colour I tried), but still relatively contrasting. Purples, browns, dark greens and greys made him look too docile and I thought orange + blue was weirdly coincidental because their military base colours are that combo....sooo lol, I ended up with that colour. Any suggestions for other colours? Hair has to be dark blue though. XD

You're welcome (yay :D) Oh, I see. lol. Hmm, well yellow is too cliche and a bit intense. Actually, a yellow-green color might work.

His outfit is awesome, the the colors are great. Though I do agree with :iconakikomiyahara:, in my opinion the color of his eyes do clash with his hair ;A;

You could just make his hair a darker blue so his eyes stand out. It's kinda bright and saturated right now.
