Unfortunately, you guys only get the most inane part of the conversation. Boy, when was the last time I drew Cross. Aside from a couple other characters, he's probably one of the oldest characters created for ParaShi. Keke.
That background is most certainly probably not canon. Just wanted to mess around with backgrounds again.

Once again, I find I can't pinpoint only one thing I like about your sketches - I like your sketchy-ness with their tantalizing companion conversations. 
I really like the background landscape with the distant mountains - it gives a peaceful afternoon type of feeling when coupled with the way the clouds look. I can see a pink and yellow sunset sky while the two overlook another typical waning day of a certain district, when some people are closing up shop or finishing their final purchases and some others are starting their evening wanderings. Probably totally wrong, oh well XD
I'm not familiar with architecture so all I can say is I think it looks cool (the walls look like a maze, that's probably on purpose?). I also wonder what these tall pillars are (I love the small details you added to them) and how did these two get up there. XD;
